Blog Post Formatting Specialist

Position Overview

We are looking for a detail-focused Blog Post Formatting Specialist who can transform raw articles into clean, structured, and reader-friendly blog posts.

In this role, you will work with blog content inside WordPress, Squarespace, and other CMS platforms to ensure every article is properly structured, visually organized, and ready for professional publishing.

Your work will focus on formatting, layout structure, readability improvements, and preparing blog posts so they meet our publishing standards.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys organized digital work, attention to detail, and structured workflows.

What You Will Do

As a Blog Post Formatting Specialist, your primary responsibility will be preparing articles for publishing by applying consistent formatting standards.

Your typical tasks will include:

- Structuring headings (H2, H3, H4) properly
- Fixing spacing and layout for better readability
- Creating lists, tables, and content sections
- Adding images and writing proper ALT tags
- Ensuring links open in new tabs
- Improving overall article structure and flow
- Preparing posts for publishing inside the CMS
- Following internal formatting guidelines and SOPs

Your goal is to ensure every blog post looks clean, structured, and ready for readers.

Platforms You Will Work With

You will primarily work inside content management systems such as:

- WordPress
- Squarespace
- Other CMS platforms depending on client requirements

Familiarity with these platforms is helpful, but the most important skill is the ability to structure and format content carefully.
