Content Quality & Publishing Reviewer

Position Overview

We are looking for a Content Quality & Publishing Reviewer who will ensure every blog post meets our formatting and publishing standards before going live.

In this role, you will review formatted blog posts inside WordPress, Squarespace, or other CMS platforms to check for formatting consistency, structural accuracy, and overall publishing quality.

Your responsibility is to make sure each article is clean, structured, error-free, and ready for professional publishing.

This position is ideal for someone who has a strong attention to detail and enjoys reviewing content carefully.

What You Will Do

Your primary responsibility will be reviewing blog posts prepared by the formatting team.

Typical tasks include:

- Reviewing heading structure (H2, H3, H4)
- Checking spacing and layout consistency
- Verifying images and ALT tags
- Ensuring links open in new tabs
- Checking tables, lists, and content sections
- Reviewing readability and formatting accuracy
- Ensuring the article follows our internal SOPs
- Approving posts for final publishing

Your goal is to ensure every blog post meets our quality and publishing standards.

Platforms You Will Work With

You will review posts within CMS platforms such as:

- WordPress
- Squarespace
- Other CMS platforms when required

You will also follow our internal review checklist and formatting guidelines.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented and comfortable reviewing structured content.

Preferred qualifications include:

- Experience working with WordPress or any CMS
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to detect formatting mistakes
- Familiarity with blog post layouts
- Ability to follow review checklists and SOPs

Candidates who are organized and careful reviewers will perform best in this role.
